Replacement
Five-O does not offer a refund but we do offer exchanges for product size issues or damage during delivery.
For exchange requests, please contact Customer Support via email to support@five-o.in with your Order ID and required size.
Eligibility
* Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
* The product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged.
* Exchange is allowed only for size-related issues.
* The product can only be exchanged once for a size-related issue.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
